Mood Boards – Office edition!

I am putting together my office and whenever I am trying to figure out decor style I put together a mood board!   So here are some office mood boards!

Searching Pinterest can be fun when dreaming of inspiration for your latest project, but at the same time leaves you wondering if your project will turn out the same. Pinterest fails are a very real thing these days and I’ll be the first to admit that I’ve experienced failure first hand.Pinks and gold with a white and gold desk and white and gold armchair.

Mood boards are a great way to test out your design without making the plunge first hand. There are so many free programs out there where you can put together your designs and upload your own furniture too! Canva and Olioboard are a few of my favorites.

I’ve created a few mood boards to get the design juices flowing for my own office renovation. Check out my boards below for some inspiration.A dark wood, antique rug, and basket wall in the office mood board.

There’s something old world about farmhouse rustic woods and deep shades of material that helps bring the modern boho vibe together. Contrast is essential in creating this office look which is why I added the white slipcover chair. Also, what’s more boho then a basket wall? I’m super excited to try this new trend.

Dark moody spaces with leathers, woods, and touches of metal are the perfect palette for a modern farmhouse office. This office space will be shared between my husband and me for a short time so a space with a bit of a masculine twist will kill two birds with one stone.

Whats better than soft whites, velvety pinks,  and gold metals? This romantic style speaks to my heart! A girl can dream, right? Since our office will be shared for a while this direction won’t be the most popular choice, but I have big dreams for this mood board. One day my attic will be transformed into a large studio workspace with this palette in mind.Leather chair, rug and shelves in this office mood board.
